We strive to provide a relaxing and professional experience for all our clients. To ensure smooth operations and fairness, we kindly ask that you review and follow our salon policies.

 

Appointments

We recommend booking appointments in advance to secure your preferred time. Please arrive on time, as late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.


Cancellations / No Shows / Last Minute Rescheduling 

All salon services require 48 hours notice, less than and you will forfeit your $50 deposit.


Children

For safety reasons, children must be supervised at all times and we kindly ask that any devices used for their entertainment are at a low volume.


Deposits

We require a non-refundable $50 deposit to secure all online and 'new client' appointments. This amount comes off the final bill for your service. If you need to reschedule for any reason, your deposit will remain on your account as a credit for future bookings or product purchases but it cannot be returned.


Payments

We accept afterpay, bank transfer, cash, credit and debit (surcharges may apply). 


Refunds

We do not offer refunds on hair services. Contact us within one week of your appointment if you have any concerns about your hair and require an adjustment. If an adjustment is required this must be booked no later than two weeks from your initial service with the stylist who originally took care of you.


Returns

We will accept returns on faulty products that have been purchased within 30 days. The product must be accompanied by the relevant proof of purchase. Contact us via email to arrange for damaged goods to be replaced.


Sickness

For the well-being of our clients and staff, we ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell. While sickness isn’t predictable we kindly ask for as much notice as possible as fees may apply. Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities before your service.
